I am currently working as a Retail & Digital Marketing Assistant, a role that combines customer-facing retail responsibilities with digital promotion of the business. In-store, I deliver exceptional customer service, manage stock and deliveries, create visual merchandising displays, and ensure the shop runs efficiently - often as the sole team member in the shop.
Alongside this, I manage the digital presence for both shops across social media, websites, online sales platforms, and newsletters. This allows me to create engaging promotions, maintain a consistent brand identity, and drive sales both in-store and online.
This role continues to strengthen my skills in multitasking, organisation, and communication, while giving me the opportunity to bridge traditional retail with modern digital marketing strategies.
